Founded by Asma Ismail, AIMC is built on over 17 years of experience delivering high-impact organisational transformation across the private sector, public sector, state-owned entities, financial services institutions, and international development environments.

After serving as an Associate Director at a Big Four firm, leading complex operating model redesigns, workforce transformation initiatives, SAP-enabled change programmes impacting 36,000+ employees, and enterprise-wide change management projects, Asma identified a critical gap in the market.
